Chagaev looked good against Valuev because he had good tactics for that fight. Valuev couldn't hit him often and Chagaev landed the clearer shots, so he won by decision. But when Valuev raised the pressure in the later rounds, Chagaev didn't look that good anymore at all! He was just lucky that he could move slightly faster then his opponent. That is an advantage he definetly won't have against against Sultan and IMO Sultan has the better speed, stamina and fighting-spirit to stop Chagaev if he won't be as out of shape as against Austin!
Sure they both met as amateurs and Sultan lost (a decision afaik), but that was at a time Sultan was boxing for 3 years or less. Chagaev will be a foe, that Sultan will be desireing to beat as a real champion within a great fight where he will be able to unleash his furious boxing style as against Withaker and to force the opponent to a clear defeat, what was too dangerous against Briggs.
