Good to hear he's training hard. Six hours a day all week long. Looks like he's not going to show up in the same shape as for Ray Austin.

Wlad is much more fluid in his movement, largely due to Manny.

I watched both open workouts and Wlad looks incredible. His hand speed for his size is unreal. Sultan is no slouch in the speed dept either but Wlad's 1-2's & 1-1-2's are blazing. His upper body movement has improved a bit too.

sultan seems like a great dude. it's a shame his manager douchebag grinberg has to act like a fool and ruin a civilized event. i hope after the loss, sultan recovers and continues to fight. he's a credit to the sport with his desire to fight the best. too bad he's gonna get laid out :good
