The other times he got dropped he wasn't hurt though, he popped back up immediately. Especially against the Italian guy who's name I can't remember he was laughing. Sometimes flash knockdowns happen. Paulie Malignaggi dropped stone chin Lovemore N'dou before.........I'd say Kalambay's chin was pretty near granite.

 

Have to disagree — someone who gets one-shot KO’d by Michael Nunn (who might have had some snap but was not a feared puncher) AND who was down multiple other times (however you characterize them) is not packing granite. I’m not saying he was glass, but he wasn’t Tex Cobb or George Chuvalo … name some fights where a big puncher teed off on him and he didn’t budge.

And if the Italian nobody can hit him clean enough to drop him, what happens if Julian Jackson gets that same opening and lands? Good night is what happens.
