I think Kalambay would outbox Collins to a very clear decision. 10 rounds to 5.

Kalambay. He beat Collins in '92, so I see no reason why he can't do so again. He also outboxed Mike McCallum which shows what a gifted and under-rated fighter he was.

    Kalambay via a clear decision.

    Aaah I getcha!:good

Still it's deeply amusing to have a fantasy matchup on a fight that actually happened in real life.:D

Kalamby ud 12. Heavily underated fighter.

kalambay beat Collins by at least 5 points imo when they fought... i only gave steve 2 rounds.Completely made a ****** of him at times, despite being well past his best.

It was an extremely surprising performance considering he had looked a shot fighter in his past few fights.

A lot of people seem to think Collins was robbed when he fought Kalambay

Kalambay wouldn't have had trouble outboxing Collins while in his prime. At 36 years of age and weakening legs, he was fairly well past it by the time he decisioned 28 year old Collins. A mover by nature who relied on his legs and reflexes quite a bit, even though he did have plenty of skill to go along with it, at his age he still found Collins slow and crude enough to look the better boxer of the two.

For whatever reason Kalambay became rather vulnerable to being caught cold in the first round after Nunn KO'd him.

Did Kalambay pick pocket him when he was making a fool of him? Disgraceful!!!!!

Well, he was not! The fight's on youtube if you haven't seen it. When Kalambay fought Herol Graham just before, now that WAS a robbery.
