There seems to be a good deal more urgency and trepidation in Taylor's corner, although I do have him ahead and poised to take a draw at the worst so long as he isn't knocked down or stopped. They must be hungry for this win.

I would guess that they are having problems with bandwidth on the York Hall's connection - the broadcasting kit is sound. Hopefully it will get better.

    Round 4

Broadbent is trying to repeat his aggression from the 2nd, charging in behind his right and trying to drag Taylor into a firefight. Taylor is doing a fairly good job of blocking the wild lead rights and uppercuts with his tight facial-centric arm shield and countering only when safe to do so in the lean-in clinches, not leaving any wide openings. Taylor cracks him with some hooks upstairs and inspires some hollering from his backers but has no time to admire his own work as Broadbent starts to smash him below the ribs with hard rights. Now some clubbing shots around the back of the head as Broadbent leaps in and bats at him full force before getting grabbed. Taylor is staying disciplined on defense and only letting his hands go at safe distance.

    39-37 Robert Lloyd Taylor

    Good fight.

I actually don't mind that they delayed the rounds after each period of technical difficulty, so we didn't have to miss very much of the action.

Agreed - it's their first attempt at doing this and they haven't got the benefit of a live outside broadcast unit like the Hattons for example. It's very ambitious and they deserve a lot of credit for it. Spencer and Ciaran will learn a lot tonight.

Alex Dilmaghani vs. Mickey Coveney - 4 rounds @ lightweight.

Dilmaghani is 5-0 (1) while Coveney is 10-13 (2) but has been in with some of Britain's best.

No, 'fraid not! I think Ciaran is tweaking with the equipment though so hopefully we won't have any more drop-outs.

I heard calling 39-38, only one score... Maybe it's the referee scoring again (stupid rule)
