    The fans!

Seriously though, I would pick Fighting Harada, who was extremely proven at ATG level. Although he was KO'ed, so Moon has a punchers chance, with his ridiculous power. I am not too familiar with Moon though, so I stick with Harada.

Even though you're not too familiar with Moon, your analysis was pretty accurate.

Moon was the more powerful of the two, but I see Harada's greater skill level carrying the day... but in a tough, bruising, brutal war.

What an awesome fight this would have been. It's really hard for me to choose, both fighters were whirlwinds who punched nonstop aggressively. Harada had the better footwork and jab and was probably the better boxer while Moon had better punching power and chin. I think it'll come down to who has the better workrate. I think Harada's better skills would have pulled him through a decision. Moon was pretty crude, but he was really effective when he beat 2 master boxers like Zapata and Gilberto Roman.
