Felix didn't lose the fight on a fair card but he still should have done a bit more in the first half to be honest. We all knew he stared with a handicap of 3-4 rounds.

Doubt it. Kyoguchi is too small. He could fight at 105. I even think he did fight at 105 in the past. Fighting at 112 against Edwards would be too much. Kenshiro would probably beat him though.

That was a close fight but I still think that Sunny is the best active British fighter right now.

If he had a punch or was fighting in a higher division then he'd be much more widely recognized

Fair post-fight assessment of his own performance along with some kudos for his opponent. And he wants the big fights.

I can't fault him particularly. Certainly don't expect the guy to just sit still and slug it out a whole fight when he's not the banger in there.

Wtf is the story with Artem Dalakian btw? Is someone gonna fight that useless ****? I'd love to see Alvarado **** him up.

I think Kyoguchi would win. He can actually throw straight punches unlike Alvarado. But yeah, this is assuming the fight would be at 108. Which obviously it wouldn't be. My original comment was a brain fart.

Well it was a decent card in the end lads, I enjoyed doing an RBR properly this time around.

Surprisingly fair scorecards. I had it as a draw myself. Edwards had control for the first six and Alvarado for the last half, with both snagging a round from the other during their respective dominant periods. If I had to guess, I'd say the 115-113 comes from giving Edwards all six rounds plus the one I gave him from the second half.

The cards weren't even wide dude. Commentary was disgraceful... But the ref and the judges didn't really have much of an impact on this fight.

Magical wizardry. Brit Slickness still the gold standard and not by a little bit either. Sunny schooled his ass prior to gassing badly in the 6th, but like a British trooper he closed strong in the championship rounds. Sunny needs to understand that all that American style running and holding will sap your energy reserves unless you're jacked on EPO and steroids like they all are over there and they're all massive weight bullies who come in 2 or 3 divisions heavier than their opponents by the time they climb in the ring too.

Love to see Sunny show the delectable Ali Drew a good time tonight and by the looks of it that's on the cards. Hopefully one of the cameramen will be on hand to capture that on film.
