I want to get down to 154 - 165; I have to do so quickly since I'm supposed to fight soon. I just recently started going back to the gym and I'm going to be working extremely hard. On weekends I'm planning on going jogging for an hour and doing 10 - 15 sprints on a track near my house.

Anyways my point is.. is this a good diet? and do you think I can make my weight if I train hard? Also I'll post a video of me sparring and/or working out soon.
