Inspired by the current super 6 at super middle, how do you guys see my super 6 play out. I choose Tito as my straight line slugger, mike mccallum as my mid range mix it up guy, paul williams as my volume puching lefty, tommy hearns as my boxer puncher, sergio martinez as my slick lefty and finally a disciplined lefty in winky wright. Of course tito-wright, williams-wright and martinez-williams does not happen in the opening round. How do you see it possibly play out in the variety of ither match-ups. I personally like mccallum against all but martinez, who in my mind may beat him by decision. I like Hearns against all but mccallum. I like tito against williams and martinez. I only like winky against tito. I like the match-ups this field can present, I mean these are 6 of the top 10 jr middles in history right? Who could replace who to feature better match-ups and who do you guys pick? Maybe I am just favoring mccallum too much, I dont know I just did this off the top of my head. I wanted to throw in some wild card guys but I just could not justify a sam soliman or ricardo mayoyga or terry norris. tell me what you think.
you made good choices but what about : robinson , leonard , langford , julian jackson ? also i give williams a very good chance against hearns and in fact , i do not know who would have won of these two. and btw , i doubt mccallum could have beaten hearns , in fact i consider hearns the favorite to decision him. if kalambat troubled him , what would have hearns done ? i'd take chito out of the contest. he was a cheater and he is inferior to the ones i mentioned. he wastes place there. also martinez's loss to margachito places him below williams (and clottey) and out of the contest.
