i have a feeling itv will do the same with the dirrell fight as they did with taylor and it'll get replayed on the sunday night and thats if we're lucky!

they did'nt listen to us after the pascal fight, what makes them after the taylor?

itvs contract with hennysy is up soon so make the most of what we have i guess, its sad for us in the even pay per view is bad enough but for a fight not even televised you cant really blame us for using illegal s t r e a m s?

someone at the beeb needs a slap!

Sky could become the British version of HBO - forcing fights that ought to happen and canning ones that nobody is really interesting, with a bit of foresight.

We want to see good fighters, in good fights - with entertaining undercards featuring young prospects against good opposition.

Instead, we get three kids from the Olympics packaged together in third class fights, **** weak main events, and infrequent, and invariably pisspoor cards from the USA.

A few people had the balls to moan about Setanta!

    God I miss them!

Unless theres a very attractive final (say Kessler-Froch after both guys have looked good) theres no way this will be PPV IMHO.

If they make it for the WBU title I am sure Sky will oblige.

IF it was ppv. Why not double it up for Abraham v Taylor from Germany. Showtime will schedule it so that both fights are not on at the same time. And as I understand it the Froch fight is a 2am thing. So I'd assume AA v JT will be before midnight. If Sky doubled it up then, for me, it's worth the ppv price.

If Sky decided to really put ther bucks into this tourney, and this is where I get far-fetched, they could offer the fans a one-off payment offer for the tournament. I know there's a lot that could happen before this reaches it's conclusion. But hey I'm just throwing out ideas. Saying that Kessler v Ward on ppv over here? Nah it's a non-starter.

But Sky have it in them to show this tournament from start to finish. And if they put the Froch fights on ppv then so be it.

AA-Taylor will be shown delayed on Showtime, it'll take place at regular Euro time (around 10pm).
