ABRAHAM DENIES FLU RUMOR, READY FOR DIRRELL ANYTIME

Press Release: Team Sauerland has dismissed rumours suggesting that King Arthur Abraham's Super Six World Boxing Classic clash with Andre Dirrell is in jeopardy due to the flu. “There is absolutely no truth to it,” Team Sauerland General Manager Chris Meyer said. “Arthur is 100 percent fit. On Saturday, he even attended a charity event for children in Dortmund. Arthur is impatient and excited to find out the venue for the Dirrell fight. He cannot wait to get in the ring with him.” On Saturday, German charity organization Kinderlachen honored King Arthur for his charity work, awarding him a prize for his community activities.

Nowhere in that press release does it say the fight isn't postponed.

It just say the fight in not in "jeopardy" due to the flu.

It don't know if it's vague on purpose tho. lol

If they wanted to make things clear they would have said the fight is going to take place as planned in January. But they didn't. As you can see.

Like I suspected. The Abraham press release was a "scam" it did not say the fight was not postponed. It just said he wasn't sick.

The reason I bringing this up is because I've read that Showtime is moving the fight to March 6th in Palm Spring, CA because they do not want to go against the HBO Gamboa-Mtagwa/Lopez-Luevano Card.
