Did you just mention ODLH and Ali in the same sentence as Haye.

    I spit on your grave.

I hope his defence improves when he moves up.

He certainly won't be able to take the HW blows the way, say, James Toney does.

But I hope he can make noise. Anything to brighten up the division!

He wasnt weight drained. For that fight im pretty sure he fought at the old cruiser limit which was 190. Back then he was a soft 190lbs and made the weight easily. He got hit on the temple and thats why his legs went to jelly.

Only a few years back David Haye made 190lbs without looking a ripped beast.
Then a year went by, cruiserweight limit was pushed and he was in a world of hurt making 205, looking like a beast?

It kind of reminds me when young Tommy went from 210lbs soft-looking to 228 ripped to shreds.

    Steroids ladies and gentlemen :D

    why not?

people often mention dr fist and dr steelbung in the same sentence as ali and dlh and those guys aren't as accomplished as haye.

His not on steroids. Haye has always been physically gifted. He used to lift alot of weights and has ALWAYS had his heart set since being an Am on being a heavyweight. He had to eat his weight in gold just to stay within his category. Haye CAN make 200lbs. He just doesnt want to.

Oh its out there. Tis true.

But on the other hand it really dont mean much. iirc Haye ducked into a temple shot and his legs went for a bit. No biggie. Haye spars with heavies and has done for years. He knows what they punch like.

I could be wrong about Mr.Hayes changes.
He is a young man and naturally a pretty big man, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility for him to have grown into the specimen that he is right now.

However, it has taken a whole lot of weight lifting to get to where he is now, weight wise. And from e-mails and whatnot, I can honestly say that David is obsessed about his weight

He still Kayos most heavyweights today, so I have nothing against him moving up to heavyweight :)
