I like Manny here. Chavez will likely be most's favourite, but I don't think he was quite as special at 130 as he was at 135. The weight drain seemed to affect him worse than it did Manny. Chavez would likely look to box off the back-foot like he did vs Lockridge and Ramirez, but I don't think he had it in him to take a beast like Pacquiao without dipping his toes in. He doesn't have the length that Morales used, nor the same blisteringly fast, sharp right hand. He's more of a Marquez, and I'm not convinced he was better at Marquez's game than Juan was at 130 (even though Julio was an unambiguously better fighter, all-round). Maybe he'd pull it off at 135, as he'd likely incorporate the same suffocating pressure and space-taking work he used vs Rosario, as well. But the Manny who beat Morales in their rubber match was just too good for 130 Chavez IMO. He'd win a UD in a bruising battle.

Both are a level above Nelson, though. They'd win clearly IMO. Pacquiao may even stop him.

Thanks George for that. I'm a big fan of both Julio and Manny. I see Manny and he fighting an absolute classic, with Manny down and he and Chavez taking shots like hell.
Chavez getting a decision win which is not at all popular.
Nelson loses slightly to Chavez but for me ironically takes Manny to a very close run decision loss.
