Why couldn't he beat Mike Tyson since he had a massive size advantage?

I watched that one. Was either on ESPN or Tuesday night fights. In fact it was shortly after white had beaten Dick Ryan which was aired as well. It’s been about 35 years since I’ve seen it but Moorer dropped him multiple times. White was just glad to barely make the final bell

The heavyweight division has always had plenty of big guys even going back to Corbett's days. The only difference from the 1990 and after era is that the cruiserweight division split the division in half, so bigger heavyweights reach the top easier.

Guys like William Ruhlins, Henry Placke, Big Ben Wray, Dan Daly, Ewart Potgieter, Tiny Lee, George Parmentier, Victorio Campolo, Al Jones, Jack O'Halloran, Anders Eklund, etc... were just as big or bigger than many of the heavyweights around today.

If they never fought then why would you imply that he couldn’t ?

Are you contending that the creation of the cruiserweight division helped the bigger guys rise to the top?
