    And so did Sir Lennox Lewis. Why is it that the Brits, for such a small island, are so beastly? And we're only getting better with all the world champions we have now. It's a great time for British boxing. :bbb

    In contrast, Mayweather, who has to call himself 'the best ever' because nobody who knows anything about the game would ever bestow it upon him, only beat 1. And probably cheated to do so. :-(

    lol, come on Gatti might have been a warrior but you shouldn't get put in the HOF for using your face as a guard and going life and death with journeymen. De La Hoya beat Mayweather. Moseley was shot to ****, Cotto is vastly overrated and always comes up short when it matters. The only HOF worthy one there is Manny, and Mayweather cheated.

    And being shot or whatever the **** you said doesn't have anything to do when judging a fighter on the merits... Mosley is hof bound, regardless.

    Roy Jones has been koed multiple times too many actually and shot as ****, but going by your logic is hof material, because calzaghe beat him...Roy is hof bound but your criteria is all over the place.

    Do you think Gatti deserves to be in the hall of fame? If so, what can you point to that will back this up? He was in great fights, but he just wasn't very good.

    Genaro Hernandez is in the Hall Of Fame
    Arturo Gatti is in the Hall Of Fame
    Oscar De La Hoya is in the Hall Of Fame

    That's already 3 bonafied Hall Of Famers..

    It is a fact, but if Eric Crumble were inducted you would agree with me that he is not legitimate. Gatti is not a legitimate HOF fighter and a quick glance of his record shows it.

    4 times Gatti was in the Fight of the Year. Went 3-1 in those fights
    2 Time Champion

    Wins over the likes of Leonard Dorin, Mickey Ward (twice), Jesse James Leija, Gianluca Branco, Tracy Harris Patterson (twice), Gabriel Ruelas, Terron Millett.

    Gatti was the epitome of a blood and guts warrior, a throwback fighter from yesteryear. Many times he was wrote off as just another bum, and many times he stepped up and proved his critics wrong...!!!
