Right now 168 is the top division in boxing,

    Carl Froch - WBC champion
    Andre Ward - WBA champion
Mikkel Kessler - soon to be WBO champion
    Lucian Bute - IBF champion

    ---------------------------------------------------

    Sakio Bika
    Andre Dirrell
    Librado Andrade
    Glen Johnson

Every one of these champions has the claim to be the best which is more than what you can say in any other division but the best is yet to come as there are still great prospects coming

    --------------------------------------------

James Degale - Former British and Commonwealth Champion. Gets a lot of hate but I believe he narrowly won the Groves fight and would win a rematch should one take place. Should win the Euro belt soon

George Groves - British and Commonwealth Champion. hopefully matchroom gets him the fights he deserved on board to a Degale rematch down the road.

Aaron Pryor jr. - has 3 losses but none of them have been knockouts and has done a Khan - Prescott scenario with them except Edwin Rodriguez and continues to improve ( MD over Andrade )

Edwin Rodriguez - Undefeated prospect with a win over pryor jr, seems to be doing well at this stage

Thomas Oosthuzien - Undefeated prospect with a fight scheduled with pryor jr

Julio Cesar Chavez jr - WBC middleweight champion I can see him moving up in weight maybe

and whats best with the exception of Chavez, is that these guys are already fighting each other and will probably continue to do so.

Still despite who wins between ward/froch/kessler/bute or who proves to be the best out of the new batch theres always going to be the Ali/Tyson debate in this division

    Calzaghe - Jones

    Benn - Eubank

    Leonard - Hearns

    Watson - Mclellan

    Toney - Mcallum

    Froch - Ward

    Kessler - Bute

    Groves - Degale

    Pryor - Rodriguez

To hold fighters like these in the space of 30 years, 168 is blatanly the best division in boxing

Froch is the person with the greatets mentality at 168, but I think 160 is the division with great potential as will welter be in 1/2 years, they just need to fight each other.

Yeah I agree that bantam is probably the top division. What does it say about that weight class that a guy as good as Yhonny Perez is barely in the top ten?

Thats the thing though, Lightweights not going to be the same now guerrero and Marquez have left and the biggest names at bantam arent that big and ive seen some of those guys, their crude as hell :blood

Super Middleweight is without a doubt starting to be seen the way Heavyweight was.
