Teampalle don't bring any fight, therefor Kessler just awaits the wba mandatory against Perdomo in June or Juli. Then Kessler and his lawyers finds the 3 fights option is done. 1 Häussler, 2 Larsen (who Kessler accepted to fight) and 3 Perdomo.

Kessler is in training and ready to fight and don't talks about the situation to prevent Teampalle to claim that Kessler is not willing to fulfill his contract.

Late June we should know if the fight is on or not.

I doubt Palle finds it the same way. I hope Kessler is free after the Perdomo fight though.

I know he says that. Only free title defense should count. I think that Kessler's lawyers see it differently. A contract has to live up to some common standards. Both parties has to show willingness to fulfill the contract.

- The "only free defense clause" don't apply this. Palle could make 2 fights only, to pressure/hold back Kessler.

- A contract has to have some time frame. As i understand it, there isn't any.

- Double representation. Mogens Palle the promoter and his daughter Betina Palle the manger isn't legal/proper standard.

After a possible Perdomo fight, i aspect Kessler will make some fight with a new promoter. Did Froch run his mouth with some talks with Kesslers people in Germany?

I don't see this ending in the court, i think Palle and his lawyers knows he has a bad case, so a settlement is the solution.
