Ward is a seriously good fighter, what a performance.

I've always admired Andre's ability, but I've never been a fan due to his spoiling tactics, but he showed more aggression and killer instinct last night, so kudos.

 

That sounds like a great match up to me, GGG' strength and ability to fight on the inside could test Ward like never before.

Golovkin has unfinished business at 160 though.

 

Ward is special clearly. He is not spectacular at anything directly, but he just nullifies his opponents to look amateurish.

There is no-one at 168 left, he has already beat the WBO and IBF champs. This makes him unofficial undisputed.

Wish he would drop the jesus crap though.

 

It was a decent night of boxing last night. Purdy looked great, Bellew did the job nicely, Matthysse put on a show with Ajose, DeMarco put paid to Molina's ambitions, and Ward flattened one of the most overrated modern P4P idiots. Fun!

 

Certainly was, been a while since we've had a stacked night of boxing, really enjoyed it.
