It will take too long and more than likely have injuries through the course of the tournament. Instead of a S6, Super 8 will be better. Winners move on to the next round, losers go home. Home advantage will be based on rankings. Quick and easy.

Fair point. Allow me to alter it

    Qualifiers

    A.Thomas Oosthuzien V Adonis Stevenson - Canada

    B.Edwin Rodriguez V George Groves - USA

    C.James Degale V Anthony Dirrell - UK

    D.Arthur Abraham V Kelly Pavlik - Germany

    Semi Final

    A V C

(Oosthuzien V Degale - South Africa)

    B V D

    (Groves V Abraham - UK)

Also much bigger fights after this 8 man tourny

Well to put it lightly yes

We have a great crop of fighters to replace Ward, Froch, Bute and Kessler

Only trouble is you dont get to see them fighting each other (except for Groves-Degale)

Oosthuzien taking on Stevenson would be a good match up
Groves going head to head with Rodriguez
Dirrell and Degale would be a good matchup stylistically too

I suppose if we have AA Vs Pavlik it would give them both another shot also
