In a 15 round MW tournament I'll take Monzon more often than not. I don't think Benn is in the same class with the rest of the fighters mentioned though.
The first ever fight i watched was benn-eubank a were about 6-7 i watched it with the old man. Broke me hand on the fridge the next day pretending to be benn. Thats why he's in there
Nigel Benn as a 160lber, would be considered by many in the know, as a level below his nine rivals. Hell, I reckon the Dark Destroyer himself would have enough class to admit as much himself, if a 87-90, 160lbs Benn fought the opposition mentioned.
AM WITH YOU KNOW! BUT AV GOT A SOFT SPOT FOR BENN AND THE FACT THAT HE COMES OUT THROWIN BOMBS JUST MIXES IT UP A TOUCH IMO.
Monzon was so gad damned efficient, he wasnt human he was a machine. I think his consitency could win him a tournament but H2H i dont know i have always fancied him and Hagler as a pick em yup.
