This content is protected According to MVC, defense should take priority when scoring fights. Boxing should take note, because the clip above shows how it's done.
Thanks for watching. I watched it twice to understand the scoring. I could have 2 bowls of noodles with that 10 minutes lol.
Offense, ring generalship, defense, power blows, jabs play a role, being the aggressor, effective aggressor, only legal blows count, not testicle blows, no punching behind the head, no kidney punches, no headbutts, etc., I guess that leaves Ward out of the legit picture! Brace yourself for even more bad decisions in boxing, cheating, all in favor of the house fighter, unfortunately it's the truth..................wish it wasn't......................
I actually fought under the WKF when they were new on the scene. They had their first world championship way back in the mid 90's and I had previously been trashed by what later became their first world champion, prompting a long departure from the sport. -didn't know how good that guy actually was back then- Karate usually a a lot more energetic as this "fight". Like I said, this is the Karate equivalent of Haye vs Audley r1 and 2.
Good to have self defense skill. At least you can say you fought a future champion. So why the 'blue' girl won in the match? Do you know?
Don't know what style this is, as they have no hand protectors/gloves and obviously no punching to the face, but low-kicks are allowed, as knocking out your opponent. never seen this before.
I fought a couple, only they were from smaller orgs. Compare it like IBO vs WBC/WBA... and luckily not always on the losing end of things. warnings for stepping out of the erea and inactivity. same like happens in Judo.
To be fair there was plenty offence shown here...the crowd were very offended and were booing most of the 'fight'
It's Kyokushin full contact karate. Many of its fighters competed successfully in kickboxing, including Francisco Filho, Andy Hug and Semmy Schilt. The circuit produced some legit badasses.
