Name some super fights, between two star fighters,
that turned out to be one sided beatdowns,
ended with a brutal knockout inside a few short rounds.

    Frazier vs. Foreman
    Hearns vs. Duran
    Pacquiao vs. Hatton

    any more?

    btw
Hagler vs. Hearns, does not count.
yes it was a Super Fight, short, brutal, ended by knockout inside a few rounds, but it was not a one-sided beatdown.

    Calzaghe/Lacy (if "super"... )
    Dempsey/Willard
    Louis/Schmeling
    Tyson/Lewis (more or less)

Not quite on the same level especially given how their careers turned out but the welterweight unification fight between Don Curry & Milt McCrory was considerably more one-sided than expected.

Tszyu-Judah, Tyson-Holmes, Tyson-Spinks, Haye-Maccarinelli (pretty good fanbase behind both fighters, unification for undisputed CW championship), Pacquiao-Morales III.

    Jones vs Toney

Sorry didn't read the full post, it didn't end in a KO but was still a beatdown.

Judah was giving Tszyu the business and was going to knock him out had he not been so stupid and cocky.

Agreed. In that fight Judah seemed like the superior fighter who just got caught with a hellava punch. In saturdays fight Pac showed that he can beat Hatton any day of the week.
