    For once you've got a point. Shoulders are usually slow-twitch dominant to begin with; so 80% max 8 times is possible if the exercise you're doing is an isolation exercise. However if it's a compound movement (like in the t-nation article) 80% is ridiculous, and very unlikely.

    i do understand wat u said and i read that article a while ago. ur an idiot bro. everyone is different. u cant say ever person can do the exact same number with their 80% max

    Go back and quote where I said everyone uses the exact same weight as their 80% you ******. Don't go insulting me because you don't understand wtf I'm talking about. If you can do more than 5 reps you're not using 80% of your max.
