Vlad Hrunov asserted that promoter Wilfrid Sauerland didn’t pay the full amount to Patriot Promotion (Russia) after the George Groves – Fedor Chudinov. He is still awaiting resolution for this matter and notified the WBA as it was a WBA Super Middleweight title fight.

The former world super middleweight champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), the Russian Fedor Chudinov, won the international super middleweight title of the WBA, by winning, by unanimous decision in twelve laps, the Canadian Ryan Ford, in the main post of a function performed this Saturday, at the Kemerovo Arena, Kemerovo, Russia.

Both Chudinov and Ford, started the duel with aggressiveness, testing the punch, with strong exchanges in the center of the ring in the first episode.

In the second, the former Russian world champion began to set his left jab, measuring, and connecting with the right hook down clearly. Ford looked a little confused.

Ford pressed on the third, walking forward, throwing two punches at a time. A right hand of the American opened an ugly gap in the left eyelid of the Russian, who bleed profusely.

In the fourth and fifth, Ford did not seem to capitalize on the cut and on the contrary, he was less active and seemed tired, which Chudinov took advantage of to connect at pleasure, hurting, before the little counteroffensive.

For the sixth, despite the cut that continued to bother, Chudinov won the action with the highest volume of blows. Ford was dedicated to throwing one to two blows at a time, without effectiveness.

Chudinov continued looking for the fight in the seventh, pressing and combining at the same time, with two strokes. Ford every time he threw less, although the few blows that he launched reached his target.

Ford entered the fight in the eighth and ninth, ripostando each shipment of the Russian and arriving better, behind the jab. Chudinov's cut continued to bleed a lot. The Russian, likewise, clearly delivered his combinations.

The tenth was Chudinov, who took the initiative, seeking combat and connecting more blows. Ford already looked without resources, slow and tired.

More of the same in the championship assaults, where Chudinov, despite his cumbersome cut, kept walking to Ford, around the ring, connecting him, without positive response.

In the end, the three judges leaned in favor of the former Russian world champion, with scores of 119-110, 117-111 and 116-112.

"Fedor had a competitive fight, it is very important psychologically to return him to the elite of the world boxing." Simply because of the misfortunes that happened to him during the trials with Felix Sturm, Fedor did not spend much time fighting. "And then there was a fight with Groves , the result of which could crush Fedor, "said Khryunov on the phone.

"But Chudinov has recovered, we are very pleased with the result of the battle with Ford, and we believe that next year we will be able to organize a championship fight." We are moving along the WBA "

Fedor Chudinov completely outclassed Ryan Ford in his recent fight. He was punching Ford at will. Ford has a granite chin, I give him that. Fedor was cut prior the 8 round but kept pressure on Ford. Ford couldn't do nothing as Fedor was hitting him in the body and head as often he wanted. Fedor beat Ford by landslide decision.
