Ok I know next to nothing about ' supersets ' , could you explain how they work and how you can incorporate them into a weekly routine ? I have looked around on the internet and I cant find anything helpfull at all.

I do a full body routine, twice aweek. And one upper body day specifically. Focusing on compound excerises. Read on that website i gave you, there will be some "No Marks" that knock it on here. You can use super sets in a split routine. Personally, I am not a fan of supersets using two muscle groups because the second muscle group always lacks because I'm tired after the first set. But I think using them for the same muscle is great for wearing the muscle down. That's what weightlifting is all about, and if that's how you like to do it, then try them out. If you are cutting weight, the less rest will also help burn more calories. What's your routine look like right now?
Well I think he had alot of potential , exciting guy to watch etc Im just finishing a 6 week training period after a rest week I think Ima try your routine seems to make sense
