i was looking into taking some supplements and stuff like that...has anyone had any experience trying them? the ones i am most interested in are these.... http://store.titleboxing.com/gladiator-formula-xxx.html http://store.titleboxing.com/title-boxers-formulas.html http://store.titleboxing.com/titleboxing-cytomax-supp-9.html honestly i want to improve my intensity and overall game by training hard, but maybe these will help, what do you think? oh yeah alot of professional atheletes takes these and here NOT STEROIDS!! haha
well you cant look at the labels because i dont know of a store that sells them except the internet. but the supplements sound to good to be true, anyone have experience with anyone of these?
Dont buy this **** over the internet, these are obviously false claims. Go to GNC or a nutrional store by where you live, I could asure there is comparable supplements there that are much more safer and you can actually check the label of whats in it. If you tell me what your exactly trying to accomplish, I could assist in you in a couple good supplements, I have tried at least half of what GNC has on the shelves today
i want to have better speed, power, reaction time, stamina, recovery time, more energy in a fight. what do you think i should get....and i dont want to gain any weight when taking it...
I would be lying to you if I said theres a supplement out there that could do all that, but Im sure I could come up with a few products I tried or heard good things about that could help you achieve your goal. If you want more energy in a fight I will suggest taking Anabolic Leucine stack, its made by GNC's pro performance it containes creatine and caffiene to help give you that boost when working out or in the ring itself, this is pretty good **** I take it before I spar and seems to get me motivated and energized, it oly cost like 30 bucs for the month with a GNC card. Now to help with stamina and recovery time I use Beta-Alanine, its kind a new but seems to work wonders for them long workouts and gym sessions, it also helps you not become as fatigued during a fight. You can get a months worth for like 20 bucs with the GNC gold card. As far as power and speed theres nothing out there will help you with that, that is best obtained through training. A good Protien powder wouldnt be bad for you, which will help feed your muscles after a good workout. The best tasting **** is Muscle Milk, but if you really want a good protein powder you got to give Nitro - Tech a look, this is the best protein powder on the market today IMO, its a little expensive at 60 bucs with a gold card but it will last you a month in a half probably. I hope I helped a little bit, but trust me dont get any **** off the internet, my friend got expired stuff and had to pay his own shipping in handling just to send it back. Plus you cant believe everything you read, alot of supplement companies make alot of promises and rarely what the say comes true.
I took that stuff about 2 years ago, it wasnt bad, but there is way too much caffiene in it, and it made me light headed and dizzy. And it has been shown to give people diahreah after taking it, that stuff isnt for everyone.
Indeed. My brother gets the runs when he takes it but i myself get the absolute best workouts on it. Not bad in price for what you get. Add a little Glutamine to it before morning cardio and i get very cut up in about 3 weeks tops. Would put mt training routine if anyone is intrested.:good
I think that product is a hit or miss, I liked the fact it kept motivated to work out, but didnt like the side effects, I tried drinking tons of water to combat the side effects it caused, but in the end the caffeine they put in it proved too much for me. I wouldnt reccomend it, though I wouldnt say it was an entirely bad supplement either.:good
