Daily multivitamin, glucosamine/chondroitin, apple cider vinegar pill, pottasium, and flaxseed oil supplement. Vitamins, just to keep overall health, glucosamine/chondroitin for my joints (I think there is a problem with them), the cider vinegar to speed up my metabolism (Im trying to lose weight, heard this helps), pottasium so that I don't cramp up before/after workouts, and the flaxsees oil... just because it is healthy? I don't really know about that one, my doctor told me to take them.
Overall health basically. In my experience it helps a lot for recovery, thanks to its anti-inflammatory character.
Protein is needed for muscle recovery and maintenance, muscle is made of protein. Whey protein happens to be a very complete protein, and it's available in large amounts because it's a byproduct of cheese.
Glucosamine/Chondoitrine for my joints. I am training for a half marathon and eventually a marathon and this is supposed to help. Whey protein to help recovery after my more intense runs and strength workouts. Have used creatine in the past, will probably start another cycle soon.
I take multivitamin, fish oil, resveratrol and protein shake. Aside form that I eat healthy balanced food. Drink water green tea. I think that's the best you can do.
A balanced diet. I try to mix in a stack of varied fruits at different times of the week to break up the routine of just eating the same old apple, orange and banana. I also have a good standard whey protein which has a load of amino acids and the other cool sounding stuff. I am trying to build up muscle and tone. Multivitamins, cod liver oil, Chondotrine/Glucosamine, garlic and flaxseed too.
So can you take this stuff ontop of cod liver oil? My neck and knees are always stiff, might give this a try.
Ohh thanks alot man. I might buy some, becasue i'm thinking about starting on the weights again, just for strength not too much size. Because i don't want it to effect my flexabilty.
Weight training can help increase flexibility. Also, size has nothing to do with flexibility. This content is protected
