Yep it is best if you take it on top of cod liver oil but if you are taking cod liver oil you will not need any other fish oils.

I think it is mainly a joint aid and it can also help your brain in some way.

Thats fairly subjective. Weights generally doesnt really increase your flexibility because of the muscles contraction. BUT guys like Ronnie and professional atheletes have regular sports massages. I get one once a week and it hurts like ****. But its excellent because it keeps me very supple.

Cod Liver oil is helpful for your joints but its not a wonder drug. What you need to do is warm up correctly and most of all stretch. I suffer from bad knee`s because of my days playing ball without rehabbing my injuries. Subsequently iv been left with an imbalance in both legs whereby my IT band is very tight in my right leg right up to my glutes and my left has arthritis. In addition my interior glutes are too weak because of incorrect tracking on my patella which has been made worse because of a weak abductor muscle in my groin. No amount of cod liver oil can help that even though iv been taking it since i was a child. But tons of stretching and exercises that target those specific muscles does. See a physio he`ll point you in the right direction.
