It shouldn't make a difference. It seems to me that it is easier to KO a guy that has already been KO'd. Look at Mayorga/Oscar after Tito destroyed Mayorga.
I can see where you're coming from but nobody said that until Floyd knocked him out. He didn't look any slower or like he got tired in the fight to me. If he goes after Witter the way he did Floyd and gets knocked out you just have to give Witter credit.
Whitters style is the typical nightmare for Hatton. Guys like Rick don't have long careers anyway, and we may have already seen the best of him.Whitters on a roll right now, and with that momentum Whitter would beat Hatton at this point, and it would end Rickys days among the elite.
the Hatton haters would revel in it. but it would just put things back in persspective, Witter is World class and has a very awkward style and power he would be a nightmare stylistaccly. Mayweather cant be discredited because he beat the undefeated linear 140 champ...
Again speaking hypothetical here but if Witter does beat hatton and does it in impressive fashion what would you want to see next from him?
Needs to move to 47 and start taking on the big names or unify 140. Knowing Witter who has big balls he`ll take whatever names are thrown at him.
If he KO's Hatton impressivly don't you thikn he could get paid more properly if he moved up and faced some of the names at 147?
