Supreme Court should order Haye to fight Wlad and place him under house arrest

    Seriously now. Haye pulled out of the July fight with the mandatory excuse claiming it's no good that Wlad takes on a tune-up because that will force him to fight Chagaev - but David hit a dead end as the BBBoC said they won't allow Ruslan to fight in the UK.

    SO NOW WHAT DAVID?

    Fight Chagaev in Germany? I though Haye doesn't want to fight in Germany again.

    Take a chance by avoiding Chagaev to fight Klitschko hoping to sign the contract before he gets stripped? Because the ONLY reason Wlad is interested in Haye is the paper belt no matter who holds it. If David is stripped, the Klitschkos are undeniable sole rulers of the division and Wlad will take on the more accomplished former cruiserweight (Adamek).


    So I think Haye should sincerely apologise to Wladimir and kindly ask him to pick up negotiations again, hoping Wlad acts before the WBA, and it the meantime UK Supreme Court should place him under house arrest and trasport him to the fight with maximum security so he couldn't back out again.

    Since when does the WBA enforce anything when one of their beltholders sells more than 100 tickets?

    they would rather upgrade Haye to interim supreme super doper emeritus goat champion for ducking out of a mandatory defense than to strip him off the belt

    Klitschko sold 60.000 tickets in his fight vs. unbeaten WBA champ Chagaev and they still didn't sanction the fight. So...

    because that fight was quickly put together on a few days notice and the WBA had already gifted their belt to Valuev after ducking out of his mandated fight with Chagaev

    Gifting the WBA belt is a true story. :thumbsup

    King/Sauerland played it excellent, their doctor OK'd Chagaev's Hep B samples but they 'forgot' to send them to the Finnish Boxing Commission and the night before they told them about the issue and the local commission pulled the plug. Valuev was gifted the belt without a fight and WBA didn't sanction Wlad-Chagaev as Don King made a phonecall. That is the background of David Haye's belt.

    But wouldn't that make the fight Wlad VS Ruslan for the WBA HW Super Champion, and SNV as the regular champ (besides the SNV belt)?

    I mean that's 2x sanctioning fees for WBA, so I see no reason to not sanction the fight??

    Chagaev was champion in recess and Valuev was the regular champion
    They just probably had not enough time to figure that out and were scared that they´d get sued by Sauerland, Don King, Valuev for breaking their own rules. I bet if that fight had not been put together on short notice they would have sanctioned it as some super doper championship fight without any hesitation
