It does matter you have just lamented the fact that an american ref is in charge and suggested a different american one. This fight could be on the ****ing moon and people would cry about it.

Smoger is known for not getting involved and letting the fighters get on with it. Khan fans were suggesting he should have been in charge against Peterson now its reversed and the amount of crying on here tomorrow about how smoger should have stepped in and allowed too much fouling will be sickekning.

We've had nearly a week of pre-excuses for Froch here on ESB. Why? If he loses, it'll be down to a bad performance, or a good one from Ward, not the referee, the ring, Ward's allegedly 'dirty' style or anything else.

Relax, enjoy the fight, what happens, happens.

 

No ref is gonna be able to save Ward if Froch shatters his suspect chin.

 

Smoger usually lets fighters fight out of clinches, and he usually lets fights go to its natural conclusion should a fighters legs go all jelly.

 

It will be interesting to see if smoger takes points away for clinching, if so i cant wait to see the hypocrits who defended the points being taken away from Amir Khan for pushing out of clinches.
