Exactly! So why can't people shut up about it, and stop going off into pointless crusades just because their hero has let them down?

Monte Barrett was and is a more credible opponent.

He is not as good an opponent as Tomasz Adamek who is WBC 175 champ, IBF 200 champ, top contender with top wins at HW - Golota, Estrada, Arreola and Grant!

Do the names Obed Sullivan, Ed Mahone, Derek Jefferson, or Charles Shufford ring a bell or has everyone got short or selective memories?

  7. 12 years ago. Maybe Vitali should fight Gary Mason next, he gave Lennox a tough fight too.

Considering the man struggled terribly to put away Rob Calloway, he's probably a level below all of them. And no, I wouldn't want to see Hatton fight Witter, because Hatton would win easily and I don't like Hatton.

Then again, I don't like Witter either.....actually I would like to see Hatton humiliate him.

The Klitschkos havent said they will behead the best in the division and stalked guys wearing stupid shirts while talking trash.
The man attacked their opponents only last week and then signs to fight a man whos never beaten anyone worth a damn.

Harrison is one of the worst boxers to get a shot at a so called 'world' heavyweight title shot for as long as I can remember.

This is Audley's all-time career record in half decent domestic level fights:

    Danny Williams (lost by SD)
Danny Williams (won by TKO 3)
Michael Sprott (lost by KO 3)
    Martin Rogan (lost on PTS)
Michael Sprott (won by TKO 12)

That's a 2-3 record. Realistically speaking, and if boxing was run properly, that should probably just about get him a legitimate shot at the British title and Derek Chisora.

Whats your point? Klits had some terrible defences 10 years ago for WBO title fights. They were probably pathetic mandatories enforced by the WBO.

What has this got to do with the Haye-Harrison fight?

Audley is european champ so I cant say he should be denied a shot but thats not the point. The point is Haye made all the noise about Klitschko and then folded.

You know i have much respect for you Ice , but Wlad didnt get up in Lennox's face , call him all the ****s under the sun , demand a fight with him and then go and fight Shufford.

( just checked the dates might have been while Rahman was champ but you know what i mean )

Harrison - Haye is a horrible fight, but you know what point i'm trying to make...were they mandos?, don't think so.
