i can accept a slip decision but for one judge to have you winning, and the other 2 giving it a draw, seems harsh bernard didnt get the win

no judge said pascal won but one judge said bernard won

anyone else think rules need to be changed on draws like these

Best way is make the championship fights 13 rounds. So that way it will be harder to score it a draw.:good

maybe . But definately something needs to be done in my opinion. Seems wrong that no judge voted for a pascal win , yet one did for hopkins and pascal keeps his title

Majority Draw. 2 of the 3 judges said it was a draw.

Similar to split decision where the majority of the judges decides the winner.

odd number of rounds i.e. 13 or 15 would def help, but you got 3 folks watching and only 1 says a guy wins and you think the 1 judge should over rule the other 2 cuz they saw it a draw? strange idea to me.

i saw the hopkins fight and thought that the decision was fair, but if it had gone 1 more round at least, hopkins would have won. he was the fresher fighter at the end, coming on strong while pascal looked like he wanted to be doing anything else.

i always thought this was an odd rule too, but youcan't really change it with out it affecting SDs/MDs, etc.
