Usyk will have to fight Joshua in London and do VADA like Wlad while Joshua will not get drug tested.

 

As high as I am on uysk I don't think it's certain he wins the tournament.

I'd have him favourite and back him but Breidis and Gassiev are monsters and there is no certainty in beating either

 

This is an excellent tournament will Usyk being the favorite in my mind to emerge victorious. I love the way in which he systematically uses his footwork and angles to figure out,outwork and eventually overwhelm his opponent. His stamina seems to replenish itself to nearly a full tank in between rounds. P4P consideration is a possibility in the coming year.

 

Ya he fights with a great game plan and has the skills to execute and dominate every fight.

But thereally is something frightening about Gassiev, the way he battered lebedev was strange in the ease at which he did it, the beat downs of shimmer and Thomas shows the power he has .he is like a cruiserweight beterbeiv.

He doesn't have to hit you clean to hurt you, so usyk would have to be on the top of he's game to avoid that power.

 

Gassiev to me just looks huge. cant believe he makes 200lbs, and hes 6'3

 

Usyk is more talented than Ward and he does not have to cheat to win a fight.................he is a clean fighter, Ward is dirty as hell.........................loves to punch to the testicles, buys the judges, referees and boxing commission, always fights in his home turf. I want a rematch, Kovalev/Ward in Moscow, with Russian judges, referee, and boxing commission, that's what SOB did, only with his officials..............

 

I really like his style. I can't remember the last time I saw a CW with his type of footwork. He looks very agile at the weight class and I'd like to see him attempt a lengthy run in the division. I don't know how successful he'd be at HW, but at CW he looks like he can have a long, dominant run.

 

Not for beating Huck, I mean he already beat Glowacki who beat the **** out of Huck so if he wasn't top 10 then he shouldn't be now. Win the tourney by beating Briedis and Gassiev though and he's dead cert for top 3, arguably even #1 depending on how active Ward is or what Bud achieves at 147.
