    "The fight we want to get is Felix Sturm ASAP, and the only thing with that fight is that … we don't want to fight him in Germany because we've seen what's happened in the past over there," Mundine said.
    "You've got to knock them out, and they're known to pay judges and pay referees, so hopefully we can generate enough interest [to stage the fight elsewhere] because the middleweight championship is probably the most prestigious outside of the heavyweight belt.
    "But Felix Sturm would just be the first because once I beat Sturm they would be saying, 'Well, we've got to look at Mundine matching up with Kelly Pavlik or Bernard Hopkins'. At the moment, I'm a risk.
    "Those guys don't want to fight me because I'm a risk fight but they're not going to get paid what they want to get paid to fight me so they'd rather go for the bigger names or the bigger fish to make the money, which is fair enough.
    "I've got to be like a Tommy Hearns back in the 1980s and just keep fighting them and dominating them. I'm looking at obviously this fight, and I'll fight again at the end of the year, and then I want to have at least four fights next year, so I think that by the end of 2009 or 2010 they will have no option but to put me in the picture."

    Sturm would ass **** mundine who the **** is he fighting ? what makes him think he is anything like tommy hearns ??? he isnt knocking down anyone just running away from decent fighters

    who is "they"? Mundine must be listening to voices in his own head...No one who is ANYONE has Mundine on any list that includes Kelly Pavlik.

    quite possible i believe he would trouble pavlik too but he would first need to go OS,take a pay cut and grow a set of testicles.

    Would you like an off the baord bet for a month that he would beat Sturm?

    It will give you ample time to smoke alot of dope.

    Sturms cover up style of defence and lack of pressure in offence would...I shouldnt go on cause you'll get mad
