Overall I think this list is decent. Imo the two most erroneous factors are Ioka being at fifth when he really should have been a very clear third but was left entirely off someone's list (even 8th place would have put him as third) and Joe Cordina being in the top 10 while having not really accomplished anything other than being British and at the highest weight class on this survey. If those two things were not present, I think this would be an excellent list, and I think a few more participants would have saw those things fixed. Unfortunately even among hardcore fans the lower weight classes are very unpopular generally, and the lack of participants in this survey shows the need for more promotion of these divisions in the west.
Being able to achieve what he has despite being British is impressive. Jokes aside you might have got more lists if you waited a bit longer?
You're right, bizarre decision by me now that I think about it. And pointing out what I considered errors was rude anyway given that both errors stemmed from 1 person's list, definitely a dick move. I'll actually probably delete this thread and re-open/bump the survey again tomorrow.
