I'm going to nominate Oleg Maskaev. He beat big punchers as many times as he folded against them.

Hasim Rahman 2x, Alex Stewart, Derick Jefferson, Tshabalala.

Amir Khan has persevered against a few capable punchers as well.

    Who else?

Maskaev is a great choice. Morishinchenko (spelling?) was a big puncher too, although moreso to the body admittedly.

Obviously Nigel Benn. He was dropped on his back heavily and counted out by a single jab (Watson) and the ropes kept him up from a feather-fisted uppercut in the last second (Galvano II), then beat Quinones and Barkley, and Wharton and McClellan; all capable of rendering you unconscious with right hands and left hooks.

Was he a body snatcher in the amateurs? I'm not sure if much footage of him exists off the top of my head.

Can't believe I forgot Steve Cunningham... Rocked by almost every world class opponent he's faced in the last several years but all but impossible to keep down, sans the mauling/grinding down by Fury in their very own freak show version of Carnera/Sharkey.

Capable of being rocked to his boots by even strictly mediocre punchers, much like Marquez has been shaken up against the likes of Katsidis and Diaz. Putting them down seems to mostly light a fire under their respective asses however.

Braithwaite, Guilmero Jones, Hernandez 2x, Huck, Wlodarczyk 2x, Amir Mansour (Limited but a massive puncher, multiple KOTY canidates. Check out his vicious pole axing of Fred Kassi where he was unconscious for several minutes.

Wlad has basically failed against the majority of big punchers he has faced.

Terry Norris beat plenty of noted punchers despite his glaring weakness:

    Mugabi
    Castro
    Brown
    Pettway
    (Quincy) Taylor

Patterson's list of victims is notable considering his much-maligned mandible:

    Ingo x2
    Moore
    Cooper
    Bonavena
    Chuvalo

Tito Trinidad got up to finish off opponents many times, many of his knockdowns were balance issues however.
