Swap 2 boxers heights and guess how they perform

Mike Tyson & Tyson Fury = Mike Tyson even more dominant with his speed and power he will be unstoppable. Fury wont last long in boxing as his main advantage will be all but gone.

Hagler & Lennox Lewis = I can see Hagler easily as all time HW great. I better version of Holyfield. Lewis will lose his long jab advantage but still be a force to reckon with in MW - on the Canelo level .

I feel like any time you swap different weight classes the lighter guy comes out better.

It’s hard to imagine because their skill set is really dependant on their physical attributes such as height, size, power.

Stupid post for many reasons but easy to answer.

    1. Tyson Fury - Mike Tyson was an aggressive come forward fighter, if he fought that way with the big man's attributes he gets knocked out esrly as he doesn't have the chin.

    2. Marvin Hagler - All because of the chin, Lewis wouldn't have been knocked out with Hagler's set of whiskers.

    This exactly.
People seem to forget that bone, limb and muscle length determine athletes abilities. Everything changes, balance, movement, timing, oxygen usage, you name it, and with it the style and attributes.

Lomachenko as a Heavyweight wouldn't be Lomachenko.

To be fair he would probably similar to Usyk but yeah someone would be a fool to fight like Mike Tyson if they were the height of Tyson fury and vice versa.

Canelo would destroy Lewis if he had Hagger`s build, Marvin had far more skills than Lewis, he beat better fighters, Hearns would have destroyed a middleweight Lewis. Tyson would be ruined by Fury`s height, his power came from punching upwards in crisp combo`s, his whole style was based on fighting taller fighters, his peek a boo style would ruin with Fury`s height, plus he used to crouch and use his short height to get underneath punches. Fury would also be useless with Mike`s height, his style is also based on his amazing reach and great judgement of distance. Hagler would have been awesome with Lewis`s build though. Interesting question.

Wouldn`t Loma be the same but a lot slower if he were heavyweight but proportioned the same way?

Fury is a freakishly fast 6′ 9″ boxer, if he wat that as 5'10" boxer, then he'd be freakishly fast and good at moving at that height, he'd still have a good boxing brain. He wouldn't be a heavyweight, he could be a solid Light Heavyweight or Cruiserweight, outboxing his opponents though.
