Hey been running hard on the treadmill for about 1 month for 30 minutes straight at a 6mph pace. Not face, basically a pickum put'um down pace. I have been running with new balance shoes, by far, the most comfortable. I have been also wearing a winter hat, 3 sweatshirts, a thermal shirt and 2 overisized coats. My wife thinks, i look like an idoit. I do. But i do get an awesome sweat. I am 6'3, 235 lbs. do you think I would benefit more from a boxing/wrestling platsic sweat suit or use what I am using now?

You're just dehydrating yourself. What you are doing is unhealthy and potentially dangerous.
