Whitaker at the top of the pyramid.

He has speed (Possibly as Fast as Floyd, but he doesn't have Floyd 74" reach, so probably slower than Floyd inch by inch), so his defense used lots of reflexes to make up for the short reach, skill-wise he is the same level as Floyd Mayweather or Lomachenko. As a Slugger Whitaker did better than Mayorga or Gatti (vs De La Hoya), whatever it is, its super-natural & can't be taught

Roy Jones seems more earthly, his reflexes looked superior simply because he moved up weight-classes, in the same manner Chris Byrd looked as evasive as Ivan Calderon, but Byrd was doing it vs slow Heavyweights. 175lbs is shallow & full of slow boxers, when compared to 154lbs, so basically prime Whitaker outboxes everybody Roy Jones out-boxed, Whitaker reflexes & IQ can pull off that one

 

Hell.. if I call my self a real boxing fan, how can I argue your point beyond a post or 2? Thx though you jarred my memory, I have a picture of me and Pernell on an old razor flip phone-top when i bought it...but cant find a charger that wont say (unauthorized charger) when I finally get it working...I'll make it my avatar just to mess with ya!

 

I could careless about the decision. All I care about is what happens in the actual fight. Whitaker outclasses either guy.

 

If physically gifted still means what I think it does then Roy Jones Jr is the winner here.
