Quite often when Meldrick launched his flashy flurries slo-mo showed half the punches missing or grazing, Pernell on the other hand threw Lesser Punches in bunches...but they were much more accurate and "considered" also for someone know as a brilliant defensive boxer he dug to the body very well, it might start off with Meldrick Showily taking the early couple of rounds, but i think Pernell works him out, and Trumps Meldricks Speed with superb timing, Meldricks Successes will i think recede as pernells magnify other the second half, in an entertaining encounter pernells "no waste" policy sees him home clearly on points.
Whitaker was always the better fighter. I think he outpoints Meldrick in a tough fight early, but a fight where Whitaker starts to take over in the mid rounds.
