Hes just on another level. I do believe, however, that if the fight ever comes to it, he can dig deep and really fight if he needs to.

On a side not, I watched the fight at a military hub in kuwait with a bunch of GI's and contractors, and the way they all were reacting, they didnt see it as a glorified sparring session, they were all entertained. I was surprised by how many knew who he was, i heard all kinds of debates abpout who would win between him and pac and cotto. Rest assured the sport of boxing is alive and kicking, and wether you like it or not, Floyd enhances that.

I feel like Floyd is a master of his craft but he has not yet faced another man who comes close to the talent he has. I see a lot of people saying Cotto but I think Shane Mosley is a better match for Floyd. Shane has speed, power, chin, and experience. Shane is not even close to the defensive fighter Floyd is but he has the speed to catch Floyd and make him fight in at least a few rounds out of 12. That's very dangerous for Floyd because against Shane he will get hit and then we'll truly see how good that chin is.

Wow, I haven't been on for a few days, seems like i started an interesting thread. :smoke

I still feel that Floyd has not faced a fighter to bring out the best of his offensive arsenal. He's showed defensive brilliance time and time again. He showed some glimpses of his offensive prowess vs. Corrales, Hatton, Judah, N'dou, and Corley, but those displays all lasted but a few seconds. Remember the 6 or 8 punch combo he hit Hatton with in the 8th round? He showed some against Gatti as well, but that was the only time I remember seeing him actually try to finish an opponent.

Until he is pushed to his limit the majority of boxing fans will be bored with him because he is simply too good. With the exception of Cotto and Mosely, the rest of the division needs to step it up 5 or 6 notches. (Paq is not a welter!)

It really kills me when I hear people comment that has a weak chin or is affriad of being hit. We don't what kind of chin PBF has because I can't recall it ever being hit flush. You say it's a shame Floyd won't mix it up, I say why can't these PROFESSIONAL BOXERS/FIGHTERS connect! Floyd is brilliant defensively and has great quickness and anticipation of what his opponents are going to do. It's not his fault these PROFESSIONAL BOXERS/FIGHTERS can't hit him. It's their's.

He's been hit flush before. Hell, even in his latest fight Marquez landed a beautiful right-hand flush on his face at least twice.

I am a big Mayweather fan and I DO wish he would fight these guys. But he would beat them all and the above post is EXACTLY how everyone would respond when he did. If people aren't gonna give him credit, might as well get paid!
