I usually don't bother criticize people or focus on solely on the person's flaws bc i respect the sport and the people who are in it. but here it goes. You don't step into your punch, You don't bend your legs and is prolly why you don't duck or slip punches. Your defense is clinch. No upper body movement. YOU DON't Swat or parry shots. you're str8 up and down, nothing suggests natural talent. Reflexes is slow. Learn to pick your shots. What have you learned besides posing a stance? Where the hell is your skills at? Where is any slips and head movements? I can close my eyes and hit you in the face bc your head is always right in front of your target. AGAIN, SAYING/POINTING OUT FLAWS IS EASY TO DO. However I don't expect you to fight like a pro while ur not. So good effort. I will literally take you to school. You're lucky you are a girl. My speed will confuse you.

Dude - you don't get it. There are real fighters on this forum, male and female, with amateur and pro experience. These videos you post of yourself are fun to watch but you can't box. If you get in the ring with someone who knows what they're doing you are going to get your head taken off I don't mean to put you down, and the other posters aren't trying to put you down either. But if you are serious, you need to join a gym and learn the basics. Stop posting videos of yourself with your chin hanging out, punches coming from your waist, and head movement from a bad Stallone movie
haha that **** makes you look like robocop. but for real - double up the jab more, dont bend at the waist so much, and get in and out, dont throw the right lead and then sit there and try to slip. you'll get that good one day, but right now if you sit there and roll and slip, youll give up alot of points.
join a gym video yourself sparring someone who actually boxes and then ask for advice and il give you it
