    Another good line-up.

While you have Flash there DSS. Perhaps you could ask him a question on behalf of the ESB forum:

Choc's been quoted as saying Wood will be his LAST Australian opponent. Please ask 'Flash' if that means Choc intends campaigning overseas at all, or whether they'll ONLY fight guys willing to come over here?

DSS team: "So Jeff, heres a question from the ESB Aussie forum..."

Jeff M: "Hey, whats that behind you?"

DSS team turn to look, then turn back to face an empty chair.

To be the best you have to fight the best so lets hope the answer is yes.

DSS. Looking forward to this show. Hoping to get some better insight into the post career life of Brian Roberts. RIP.

Regarding your question to Flash about Choc fighting overseas:

Clearly Flash has not lost any of the uncanny evasive skills that earned him 100 wins in the square ring DSS.

As evasive as Flash was he did mention the Japanese WBA interim junior middle champion 27-4 Nobuhiro Ishida.

Low power, never fought out of Japan and easy pickings.

Kev Kelly has a draw against him and both Nader Hamdan and Crazy Kim (x2) have wins

True mate, and don't get me wrong. Flash is great value whenever he's interviewed.

It was apparent tonight though that he was not going to touch that particular question, and I'm sure that's why you chose not to pursue it after his 5 minute side-step of it.

Flash Malcolm was talking bs & nuthugging Mundine as usual. Nothing new at all.
Time to answer some real questions Flash.

Good to see my fellow Croat Ivan Rukavina on the show. Good to luck to him working with Chernous.

Its amazing when you hear the stories of these guys.

Victor Chernous survives a Chernobyl nuclear dust radiation storm that kills his brother. He boxed 170 times in the Ukraine, becomes a national hero moves to Australia, hooks up with Rukavina, wins the Aussie belt and is living the dream.

Hmmmm... DSS, is that any different to Cliff Samardin growing up in Mt Isa, moving to Melbourne, training under Keefy... shipping off to train under Fenech, getting shafted big time... Now living in Cairns with an undefeated record to be proud of... and living the dream.

The Ukraine sound too comfortable... lol

I think Kirby will be granted "Contender Emeritus" status.

Its been a year and 3 days year since he fought Haumono.

Whitehead was out for a year and 2 days between beating Haumono and his next fight beating Wilson for the Oz title.

You could argue the case for slotting Kirby in at 6 or 7 the moment he declares fitness and there is no credible argument for King, Szigeti, Niemann, Ciapparra to be rated above a returning Iron Rhino.

The Rhino only has eyes for the Aussie title which is part of a wonderful trend slowly sweeping through oz boxing.

    Current ANBF Heavy ratings

    CHAMPION: Ju stin Whitehead VIC

    1 Alex Leapai
    2 Colin Wilson
    3 Solomon Haumono
    4 Pieter Cronje
    5 John Hopoate
    6 Brett Smith
    7 Steve Ciappara
    8 John Szigeti
    9 Mostyn Niemann
    10 Mick King
