no but I am going to wear trunks that go at least down to the bottom of my knees when I used to train I wore windpants I know its wierd but hey everybody has their insecurities BTW........................on the foot issue aveeno mosturizor and an extra pair of socks do wonders
Sure, some people (not me) don't like people looking at their crotch... but legs? That's weird man. Why? Or is it something irrational? :think
Well he could wear that under something like the following; which is also sold through that site: This content is protected PS- this is the board short I was talking about originally
If you really go swimming instead of just ****ing around in the pool that is not practical. Sure if you go to the beach that's ok, but we're talking about working out, at least I assume. Way to much friction.
I changed into shorts last week so I could swim at the pool and I am big enough that I can overcome an irrational fear............ but back to the original topic; I will be doing more punch drills underwater than actual swimming but will swim a few laps also
anyway guys , Im off to do some training tonight will be back tonite and put up some of my punch drill combos yall have a good evening
The pants or the board shorts? I swim on a team and I wear a big, baggy, bright green, 80-style swimsuit (complete with mesh liner) over a pair of Tyr Jammers to add to my drag so I'm working harder. Once again I want to suggest joining a team or taking a workout from someplace like Swimming magazine; instead of just doing straight laps - it's a much better workout and it won't get nearly as boring.
