Switch-hitting.

    I agree that it's not for evrybody, but look at the success that trainer Brendan Ingle has had. He encourages all his boxers to switch hit, and from a very small geographical area of England has produced champions such as Naz Hamed,Ryan Rhodes,Johnny Nelson,Esham Pickering and Junior Witter.

    By all means learn it, if you can do it then why not, I switch hit but don't do it too often because you will end up confusing yourself. I'm right handed technically as my right eye is my dominant eye but I write with my left hand so I'm sort of ambidextrous, so I'm not sure if learning to switch hit came easily to me but I learnt to do it just by shadow boxing.

    I switch hit often, sometimes it works sometimes it dosent just one of those things, but if you want to be a complete well rounded versatile fighter you need to learn all of these things.
