When I skip rope my left knee always gets swollen after especially when I do the jogging in place with the rope. I have just started skipping a few weeks ago, I was wondering if thats ever happened to anyone else?

take a pause for 2 weeks, do a lot of stretch and then go back to rope. If it will be swollen again, visit your doctor.

I say amputate from the knee down, become first professional boxer with one of those metal legs made for runners. And no more knee problems!

Hips out of line, cause bad alignment to the Knee, causing bad plant and takeoff of the foot, also bad Gait, over a period, its not good for your bio mechanics of the knee.

Osteopath would be better, Doctors have not got a clue with that sort of thing.
