    I thought the heavyweights had a limit of 235? or is it unlimited?

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    what are the weight limits in MMA?

    265lbs is the limit for heavyweight, so they are fighting at super-heavyweight. The weight class carries about as much prestige in MMA as it does in boxing.

    The big U.S organisations like UFC and Strikeforce don't use it.

    what does that sentence even mean? Last I checked SHW is only in the amateurs and does indeed carry prestige in boxing.
