Never heard of this guy but a pleasure to watch. Great skills, great footwork, solid double jab, great head movement from a guy who everyone counted out. Great contender

Spzika did better than I thought he would. He put up a game fight, was well prepared and tried his best. Can't ask more than that.

    He just got clocked.

Szpilka fought well. Very close fight up until the KO. Hope the Polish Pin returns to good health asap. Exciting fight!

Hats off to him I hope he's not too badly injured and can live to fight another day. He's made improvement in his game.

yes I didn't pay a lot of attention to him coming in and have to admit I loved his fighting spirit, he came to win and imo gave Wilder a difficult night with his tactics,

he earned me as a fan tonight, I thought he would fold after the first right hand :bbb

He was vastly improved from the Jennings and Mollo match, his recent performances he's shown a lot of improvements but I still wasn't sure if that was an illusion or not...... it wasn't. He did a great job tonight, still not a fan though.

He took some bombs too but anyone would of went down from the finale. Great effort and he's got a solid future young enough to be around awhile if he recovers from this. I'm sure the Polish Glass forums are to follow but rest assured any HW would go down from that blow.

It was good effort. I think the short reach in comparison to Wilder is what ultimately hindered him from getting any real clean shots on him. He definitely showed up to fight.

So if Szplika is a warrior then what is Wilder who sent Szplika out on a stretcher?
