It will not be a shocker at all, Szpilka was heading for a title shot both at IBF & WBC 20-1 record, young & heavy handed He is also extremely motivated to become the First Polish World Heavyweight Champion in history, which is a big achievement & will make him fight the hardest ever, this one will be a real war :think
Duhaupas has no skills and Wilder should've knocked him out inside 4-5 rounds. He lost comfortably to Pianeta, who is considered one of the worst Wlad's title defenses. So yeah, Duhaupas is still above Szpilka, but below Pianeta. That's all you need to know about Szpilka.
For a champion Deontay is still green. He is susceptible to the left hook Szpilka shouldn't fxck around. Szpilka doesn't even deserve a shot at the belt. He should take his luck and roll the dice and just go for broke and unload as many left hooks as he can when the fight starts. Fxck being careful he should just go after Deontay hard and early.
SO the consensus is that Wilder is the next Seth Mitchell I'll buy that for a dollar...I want to see this so called china chin exposed sooner than later.
while glass chinned... Szpilka at least has power... Duhaupuss hits like a girl... but still busted up Wilder!! :hey
Szpilka has power? Since when? From what I've seen from Szpilka, he couldn't hurt Jennings and was exposed there. He also couldn't drop or stop ancient Adamek. Szpilka won't stop Wilder. He probably won't even catch him because he is small and unskilled, in addition to having a shaky chin. I believe that this is the perfect fight for Wilder to look spectacular and not show off his many flaws for once.
To be honest, Jennings is pretty damn good at defense and I need to mention that Szpilka arrived to USA a day before the fight due to visa problems. That doesn't help. And he didn't have Ronnie Shields as trainer as he does now. But no excuses, he learned his lesson by getting dominated. Who knocks down Adamek by the way? Only Vitali got to do it in Adamek's HW career and that wasn't even that huge, it was more of a ref stoppage I think. Adamek is a technician at avoiding knock outs and that's how he kept rolling along in his career - somehow. I never expected Szpilka to knock him out. Adamek is too smart for that but still lost. I don't know what to expect from this fight vs Wilder. Szpilka isn't getting enough credit on his current resume but I understand that since he really has fought anyone decent since teaming up with Ronnie. I like what I see but training videos don't compare to real fights in the ring. He can really be a good fighter and is someone that really feeds off of emotions and energy - which there will be plenty next week. He's a showman. We'll see what happens come 1-16.
The Bronze Burger might be most entertaining boxer in years! He put together that horrific dossier of accomplishment and claims to be a champ. His chin will soon be shmashed
